'Bachelor' winner Shayne Lamas is expecting baby number one with husband Nik Richie."Bachelor" winner and former soap actress Shayne Lamas has announced she is expecting her first child with husband Nik Richie.
The reality star confirmed the news Tuesday night, tweeting, "The Lamas-Richie family is happy, healthy and definitely pregnant."
According to RadarOnline.com, Lamas, who is due in November, told Richie about their bun in the oven a few weeks ago with a special surprise: her gift-wrapped pregnancy test.
"I'm really excited," Richie tells the site. "I didn't want it to get out until I was 100 percent ready for it but at the same time, she looks beautiful and I think she should embrace her body right now."
He says he is loving her new figure and can't help but hope their little one is a boy.

"If I have a girl I'll probably never talk to the kid, probably file for divorce," he teases. "She'll have an eating disorder by age two."
Lamas' famous dad, actor Lorenzo Lamas, was said to be "speechless" upon hearing the news.
"I'm happy for them ... I want to be called Papa Lolo by the baby," he said. "It's easy for a kid to wrap their tongue around."
Mom-to-be Lamas rose to fame in 2008 as a contestant on season 12 of "The Bachelor,"� eventually winning Matt Grant's proposal. But it wasn't meant to be and the couple split after only a few months, never making it down the aisle.
She and Richie, who founded gossip site TheDirty.com, met in Las Vegas last April and said "I do" just a few hours later in a spur-of-the-moment ceremony.
