Justin Bieber Touches Down in the City of Lights

Continuing his European promotional duties, Justin Bieber was spotted arriving in Paris, France yesterday (February 16).

The ?Baby? singer flew into the City of Lights to premiere his brand new film ?Never Say Never,? about his rise to fame and the crazy life he leads.

In career news, Justin will appear on ?CSI? tonight (February 17) to reprise his role as Jason McCann.

McCann is a troubled teen whose brother was killed by CSI at the end of the Season 11 premiere.
