Patrick Schwarzenegger: 'I Love My Family'

Maria Shriver and Arnold Schwarzenegger are going through a rough time with the revelation that he fathered a child with another woman, but the couple's son, Patrick Schwarzenegger, has reiterated his loyalty to his family.

In a note posted on his Twitter account Tuesday, Patrick, 17, also acknowledged the difficulty of facing such a painful upheaval, particularly in the public eye.

"Some days you feel like s??, some days you want to quit and just be normal for a bit," he wrote, "yet i love my family till death do us apart."

His sister, Katherine, also weighed in on her family's situation via Twitter on Tuesday, and she echoed her brother's sentiments. "This is definitely not easy but I appreciate your love and support as i begin to heal and move forward in life.I will always love my family," she Tweeted.

On Tuesday, Shriver issued a statement saying her primary concern is for the couple's four children, who span in ages from 13 to 21.

"I ask for compassion, respect and privacy as my children and I try to rebuild our lives and heal," said Shriver.
